Over the next year, the Town of Middletown is kicking off an exciting journey to update our Comprehensive Plan — the roadmap that shapes how our community grows, evolves, and thrives. This isn’t just paperwork — it’s your chance to help imagine what Middletown should look like five, ten, even twenty years from now.
Once the new plan is in place, we’ll also refresh our Zoning Ordinance to make sure our development rules reflect the vision and values we set together.

Middletown’s current plan was adopted in 2018, and a lot has changed since then. As we launch this new planning process, the updated plan will eventually replace the old one — setting the course for the next decade and beyond.
